I haven’t become an active mom, I’ve adopted that healthy habit when I was a kid. My family always forced my brother and me to go outside and play, socialise and investigate nature.
We often enjoyed weekend picnic dates with the grandma and building things with grandpa. Mom took us to work at her shop near the park surrounded by nature and let us spend most of the time playing there. And dad brought us to long walks by the river almost every Saturday morning.
It’s all about starting early. Would you kiss a summer goodbye while staying active through the 30-day challenge with me and your kids? Here we go!

I am very active. So much so that I worked out every single day when I was pregnant (and before pregnancy) and now after having my son! Even when he gets more active, I still plan on keeping up my activity levels. If I neglect myself, then I won’t be the best mom I can be!! I do love this challenge though!! 🙂 So many great activities!

I LOVE this . . . my boys are grown now, but I’ve always been into fitness and being active and believe that role-modeling a healthy lifestyle early on is one of the best gifts you can give a child.

I can say that I am an active mom because of my active 3 years old son. He always want to play and go outside of the house to run, playing with other kids or just to walk around the streets. I love that 30 day challenge it sounds like a lot of fun!

Great ideas for staying active. Sometimes I get so busy that I realise at the end of the day I have not put in any physical activity. these are great ideas to incorporate in my day.

I loved your post. In fact I am active myself and I love being like that. Do not at all like to be idle. Quite a good challenge. Keep on moving super mom.

These are some really interesting ideas! I need to share this with my girl friends so they get some ideas.
Congratulations on being so active, despite the lazy impulse and the stay-in-bed ones. 🙂

What a great challenge. I’ve found my kids actually have made me more active! We’re far more active as a family as I was before kids.

Wow. You have amazing list. My aunt has two small kiddos and quite active. Sending her this list. I am sure she gonna love it.

I love that your 30-day challenge entailed activities that were demanding in terms of physical activity. Now that’s the meaning of an active-mom that I like to hear about! An active mom= an active kid! Super!

I can’t wait to do this challenge! I’ve been needing to step my fitness game up a notch or two!
