Since we are all preparing to get in the best shape possible, I am going to share a fitness food series. This is going to be just a part, along with fitness motivation for the whole family. Feel free to check out the previous post about how to motivate a child to choose to stay fit over technology.
We all like to be beautiful, and summer clothes just don’t let us hide anything. If you have been working hard on your becoming/staying beautiful mission – you’ve got nothing to lose. If not, don’t hesitate to start now and save confidence in yourself.
Beef and veggies
These ingredients together could become best friends for you. Green veggies are not just a trend. Yes, green looks good in photos (great for Instagram and so on). But greens are what you should treat as number 1 on every food list. They give you beautiful skin and strong body (helping you get rid of the poisons inside). Take this delicious recipe and prepare green veggies as you have never prepared it before.
For this recipe, you will need a wok pan because it is a stir-frying recipe. I am using this stainless steel fry pan.
Beef and veggies stir-fry

- chili flakes
- chili sauce
- olive oil
Instructions
-
Slice meat very thin and fry good on olive oil. Use vok pan!
-
In a large container mix water, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, coconut sugar, chili flakes and chili sauce. After 10 minutes of frying, add the meat to this mixture and stir well.
-
Oil pan more if needed, and then add chopped green onion and some more chili flakes, coconut sugar, and veggies.
-
After 5 minutes, add in the mixture with meat. Cover and wait for about 30 minutes. Your meal will be done then!
-
Enjoy it with salad, or rice...
This meal is very nutritious and easy to make, which makes it a perfect starter on every fitness journey! Although it makes us adults addicted to it because of that soft meat and delicious veggies, it is not popular among kids. While they can enjoy it for a while, you should serve something kid-friendly as well.

There’s nothing better than eating more veggies, as much as you can if possible because it does so much for our body. Especially the green veggies! I agree with you completely on that. This recipe looks great! Perfect for the season!
