Our family has always been on the creative side when it comes to costumes. While searching for easy DIY Halloween costumes for the school party, my son told me he wanted to be an FBI agent. Phew, that was a relief! I mean, he always knew what he wanted to be, but this time, it was the quickest decision!

We always try to make a bonding activity out of this letting our kid explore his creativity. We seek suggestions from him and welcome them. So, even though we all remember FBI agents in their classic white shirts, my son wanted to wear his favorite shirt with stripes.

I think it turned out so cute! And in my opinion, this was the easiest one to make. So, if you’re in search of an easy DIY Halloween costume and your little one would enjoy an FBI agent costume, search no more.

FBI Agent – no sewing easy DIY Halloween costume

When we treat our children with respect and let them do stuff grown-ups do, it reflects on their self-image a lot. For the sake of this costume, we didn’t only let him choose a shirt but also asked him how else he would like to contribute.

He chose to make a badge, and he also asked whether he could wear a wireless headphone instead of the classic one. You could easily tell how proud he was just by looking at him participating.

Here’s a list of things you’ll need for this easy DIY Halloween costume.

1 white shirt
2 black (navy) tie for boys
3 suit pants for boys
4 black sneakers (or shoes; we only had these at home)
5 waist trainer vest
6 earpiece headphones (you can also make this)
7 aviator sunglasses (we used for adults)
8 textile white color
9 safe pistol toy

The process

Basically, the only thing you need to prepare here is the vest. Remove (with scissors) the inner (yellow) part of the sauna vest so that the child does not feel discomfort all the time.

Then fold the upper part around the shoulders to the appropriate size, and use the glue gun to hold it together. Do the same for the area that probably reaches the child’s knees. Pull the fabric inside and glue it together. Then use the white color for FBI letters.

As for the FBI earpiece headphones, you can use any old wires to glue them to an old headphone after removing its classic wires. Or you can buy it. The easiest costume, isn’t it?
