Mango chia pudding seriously took the first place on every social media. It is so nice looking, that everybody’s posting photos of this energy and antioxidant full bomb. Some people may ignore the importance of these two calling them expensive and out of their rich. But I am very aware of those exact people buying empty calories (junk food and alcohol) or, even worse, cigarettes.
Chia seeds
With that said, I want to make sure you are all aware why that tiny black seed should never be ignored. Chia seeds are rich in Fiber, Protein, Healthy Fats, Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese, Phosphorus (and in small amounts – Zinc, Potassium, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B3). They are also full of antioxidants. It may sound a lot and like they are this big trend, but my family rely on them very often. My husband eats them every single morning with a bunch of other seeds with kefir. I like snacking that exact “seeds in kefir” when my son is napping, and the little one adores them whenever!
Mango
The king of fruits, mango, keeps you healthy, smart and beautiful with all of the vitamins and minerals it is full of. Mango is also very fitness-friendly, making you fit and maintaining your stomach’s health. But this is not another healthy food with no taste at all. Its sweetness and juiciness helps you not to crave junk food and keeps you hydrated and refreshed.
Mango chia pudding
Totally not something I invented, but the way I usually make my mango chia pudding is unique because of my secret ingredient: oatmeal. Oatmeal gives my pudding sweeter flavour and keeps us full for a longer period of time!
