Baked rice with green vegetables and eggs

Ingredients

  • 300 g rice
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 6 slices cheese
  • parmesan
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 8 slices frozen mangel
  • 6 eggs
  • bacon
  • coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Cook rice.

  3. Oil the baking pot and fill it with cooked rice.
  4. Put the cheese slices all over rice. Then pour in sour cream, parmesan and salt if you want to.

  5. Now line those mangel slices (you can use any other green veggies also).

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Meanwhile, fry eggs and bacon on coconut oil.
  8. Serve all together.
